Ted and Jennifer Van Midde started Van Midde Concrete in 1991 and Jennifer has been a great asset to the company ever since. Jennifer saw that Ted had basically been running the company he was working for and that he had the knowledge and skill to start his own company. It was Jennifer's encouragement and support that gave Ted the willingness to forge out on his own and start Van Midde & Son Concrete. Jennifer continues to play an important role in the company and coordinates quarterly strategy. Jennifer continues to be Ted's biggest source of inspiration and motivation.
